Doubt in pay proof

In MysterPTC.com I have joined as free memer. they told as to free members to get payment minimum $5000. and their payment's proof at same time, one particular person (username) get 3 or 4 times get paid.

my question is

1) TO Free members they are truely paid?

2) how is possible any person to get 3 or 4 times minimum amount to get payment at the same time (as their terms and conditions one username must use one account)
