I wanted to open an account in state bank (thousand lights, CHENNAI). First i contacted branch manager (relations) he told there is no form available so go and contact some other branch. I asked if i bring form from some other branch can i open an account..reply""i dont know"

then a lady in bank (employee) advised me to contact branch senior manager. He told a peon to give the the account opening form..TO MY SURPRISE I SAW HUNDREDS OF FORMS INSIDE THE TABLE.

In the form i mentioned that i have a sbi account in nandambakkam branch (chennai)..i never wanted to close that account.when finally after completeing the details in form i was asked to contact the same BRANCH MANAGER (RELATIONS) who got a chance to screw my happiness as he saw i have arranged a FORM TO OPEN account. He asked that lady (employee) to tell me "get lost" and come later as some manager is not available and also new account cant be open as i have an account already..

I DONT KNOW IF I WOULD EVER GET ANY RESPONSE FOR THIS WRITING>>BUT STILL I WOULD WAIT>>>BECAUSE I STILL BELIEVE SBI will take strict actions againt those officials..
