Sir,

I applied for a home loan to a financial institution, they found all of my submissions is OK, but my CIBIL report is not satisfactory, and the said loan not only held but also in question. As per CIBIL report noting from the said financial institution the observations writing here under with my opinion in this respect.

1. My passport no. AIYPA5016G

2. There is my another postal / residential address, 34/1, Dr. Gangadhar Mukherjee road, Ramkrishnapur, Howrah 711101,

3. There are two credit cards has been settled by me with current balance Rs. 24, 906/- & 36, 492/-

4. One personal lone sanctioned amount is Rs. 21, 700/- as per reported current balance Rs. 14, 444/-

5. One consumer loan sanctioned amount Rs. 67, 000/- As per report current balance Rs, 39, 105/-

6. There are nos. of enquires 8 nos. year 2007. In the year Personal loan 2 nos. and housing loan 1 no. total 3 nos. In the year personal loan 3 nos. from 2007 to Mar, total 14 nos.

My opinion as per Sl. of observations:

1. I am not bearing any passport.

2. I am residing and my postal address is 15A, Narasingh Av. Kol - 74, since 1975, I never used or put any other address so far, It might be some body or others done this saying to deafen me or in some ill motive.

3. I belongs two nos. credit cards one ICICI bank & other AXIS bank, due to non availability of accounts statement i could not pay any money for last few months, but i am sure i did not make any settlement with the said two banks.

4. My personal loan (GE money) loan amount Rs, 21, 700/- I am paying regular EMI from 7th. April to Dec. The remaining balance does not tally with the actual account.

5. It is not a consumer loan but a personnel loan of Rs, 67, 000/- to HSBC. I am paying regular EMI from 10th Jan to Dec. Remaining balance does not tally with the actual account shown.

6. I do not remember so many applications for loans credit card etc. (14 nos. ) it might be done by some body or others with ill motive & use my documents at the address of Howrah-71101, mention in observation Sl. no. 2.

I am putting here all the facts to clear the clouds of the said observations raised by concern financial institutions.

If I will not get any answer within 15 working days, then I will consider I am not victim of all the reports will ever has been shown in CIBIL will not be valid.
