Clarification of annual charges

My card No 4006 6760 1610 2811. My card was long time free card. Every year you are charging annual fee for main and additional card. Calling your and you are reversing. This year also charged for annaul fee for both. since one month i am trying your customer care centre, till now i am unable to get connection.

So, please check and rectify the issue. Take cae next time not charging the annual fees.

In march month i paid without annual fee. But it is generated in aprial month also.
