Non Payment of FD

My father had paid 10, 000 at Nagarjuna Finance Limited with FD receipt no: C45109001433 and C45109001432 of each 10, 000. He supposed to recieve amount back on 25/4 but he did not recieve till date.

Could you please let me know what to do now?
