Non payment of maturity amount

Sir, i deposited Rs37000/-fdr no: c600821483, and Rs13000/-fdr nodep: c600821504, and the maturity dates are dt18-11 and dt 24-11.when i approached the official of the company i was told that the amount will be paid by dt 30-11, vide rect no17/mmdt10-8 but the amount was not paid till to date. Hence i request you to kindly settle the problem.
