F.D. Certificates not received

Dear Kotak Mahindra Bank,

Requesting you please try to maintain some decorum of your bank. I have made term deposit to your bank on 27th. December of Rs:- 570000/- to Park street branch, Apeejay House, Kolkata, W.B., India., but till date I have not received the F.D. certificate from your bank.

I repeatedly follow up with your branch, but the same certificate not received till date.

Can anybody interfere and resolve the issue so that I may get the certificate at the earliest.
