Shopkeeper charging more than MRP

Hi

I have a complaint against all shopkeepers in bangalore charging more than the MRP written on nandini milk packet.

For full cream they charge from Rs 2 to Rs 4 extra on MRP. actual price for 1 lt. full cream is Rs. 24 but we have to pay 26 or 28 for the same.

Even if you tell them about this they don't bother.
