Sir,

I have joined with Nano Excel in December by paying Rs. 12, 000/-. In last April I got only the commission Rs. 2, 350/- whereas the actual commission was Rs. 3, 000/-. Since then, I have not received any single rupee towards the commission as against their offer of quarterly Rs. 3, 000/- for 2 quarter and Rs. 12, 000/- in completion of 1 year. Likewise, I was suppossed to get Rs. 18, 000/- yearly for some years.

This is a cheating of public because for a trial I got only Rs. 2, 350/- in lieu of Rs. 3, 000/- and whenever I contact the introducers/local branch office At Trichur, they simply says you will get the commission by next month. Now 1 year has elapsed by saying the next month...

Please advise me as what I have to do to get my remitted amount? People starting by cheating, how can we stay on trust with such a firms/people. The introducers were my relatives / neighbours.

Please do the needful to get the refund of my remitted amount of Rs. 12, 000/- at the earliest. I know the difficult to save such an amount of Rs. 12, 000/-.
