I owned Maruti Swift Dzire Lxi. Unfortunately I met with an accident. My car got damaged from the front in which both the fenders, Bumper, Bonnet and head light and DDL coil damaged. Surveyor surveyed the car and didn't allowed for right fender and included electronics coil into plastic part. Talking to the surveyor about this. He asked for extra money to include fender and coil. Denying for extra money caused the misbehavior from the surveyor.

I request from National Insurance to take the necessary action to avoid such incidents with customers.
