I am insured with national insurance co ltd vide policy no.401112/48/09/850000139 dated 22/03 to 21/03 for last seven years.i have all policies from last seven years.sum insured in the policy is 175000/- comm bonus is 17500/- total 192500/-.i am admitted in hospital in 18 october in apollo hospital ludhiana.i am pay hospital bills Rs 25-approx.i am submitted all the documents time to time to insurance company by hand and i have all receiving from the ins co.now ins co. settle my claim Rs 110000/-but sum insured is Rs 192500/-.balance Rs82500/- who will pay.
