Pending of my insurance claim

Sir

we deposted motor claim form on 11-05 for our missing maruti alto car no. DL 4C AM 5134 in the insurance claim office of national insurance co. ltd. DO13, palika bhawan, sector-13, r.k. puram, new delhi . the claim is in my wife's name mrs. pallavi dutta.

the surveyor took all the documents on 15-06 from our house relating to the above claim. we recieved one letter from the claim office on 13-07 to deposite the 2 (two) no.'s of original keys in the insurance claim office, which we deposited on 15-07.now sir i want to know why they are delaying to give us claim for the stolen car & also i want to know how much claim they are giving & when.
