I had taken the policy on my van number DL9CM 7208 vide policy no. 360900/31/09/6100007146 dated 7/03 which was stolen in the Ist week of August. I had submitted the claim form alongwith FIR of stolen vehicle at your branch office DO-23, 106 Palika Bhawan, RK Puram, Sector-13, New Delhi on 09.08.2010. I regret to inform you that more than 6 months have gone past, I yet to hear anything from your side regarding the status of my claim.

I am a 75 years ashthma patient senior citizen living with my wife suffering from heart problem and Blood Sugar. I am also having my widow daughter in law and her two children aged 7 & 4 years.

How long should I wait for settlement of my claim.
