CORRECTION IN PAN CARD

SIR,

I MAMTA YADAV, I Have a PAN CARD which no is ADQPY3271L

But in my PAN CARD my father's Name has print BIRJPAL SINGH, while my Father's right name is BRIJPAL SINGH YADAV,

I Want to tell you that i allready fill a form for correct this name, but today when i received my PAN CARD i saw that there was no correction in my father's name. still now in my PAN CARD my father's name is wrong even i allready fill a form for correction and also depoiste fee for coorection.

I request u please help me and issue me new PAN CARD with right name of my father.

my father's right name is BRIJPAL SINGH YADAV.
