I recived a message on my mobile stating that we have won a prize money of 250, 000 GBP for lucky draw of mobile number at the icc uk 09.

Then I received an email from Mr. Jerry (prize adminstrator) that you have won the prize and contact nation wide bank plc uk for further instructions, on contacting the bank one Mr. Tom Williams said to be (Divisional Director) nation wide bank plc. Address 329, Green street, Upton park London, E139AB.sent us a application to be filled that was all my personal information, We completed the application and sent a scan of my driving license for identification. They had given a reference number to be stated in all correspondence the number was {ICC-081511}. I was in touch with Mr.jerry and Mr. Tom over the mobile phone of my son which had ISD facilities. The last mail received stated that one diplomat will reach New Delhi with the prize money.

Please advice me whether this is TRUE or a BIG SCAM as I have given my personal information and scan copy of my driving license. What step should I take now please inform me??
