Wrong deliver aknowledgement required

Dear sir i am naveen jindal from bathinda (Punjab).a few months ago my mother Mrs Nirmla devi buy insurance from Aviva life insurance in bathinda

but the courier come to me very late approximately 3 months. and the date of delivery shown in courier company's system was one month earlier

then the actual date of delivery.i want to cancel policy and for this i need a written acknowledgment of actual date of delivery. Employee of overnight courier ltd.in bathinda refuse to give me the same.

Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against your company.
