CHEATED OF MY DEPOSIT MONEY

I used the service of this company to transport my household items to Medavakkam. I was charged Rs52, 500, where Rs.3000 is for "Container Deposit Charges". The Branch Officer Ms. Bhanu said I need to pay this amount, then after 2 week I will receive the deposit back, that was in 28th April. Until now I have not got my money, she lied to me that I will get my money back. She lied to me that the Container is damaged. This is a horrible lie, because I have video proof that shows the container is fine and not damaged.
