Payment transaction registered but order not in order list!

Dear Sirs,

about a month ago I tried to purchase the book "DESIGN AND EVOLUTION OF C " by STROUSTRUP on the nbcindia.com website.

The order seemed to be going through, I inserted my credit card details and authorized the payment.

However at the end of the payment process, I was redirected to your website home page, without receiving any confirmation about

the freshly payed order.

I thought in the end the order didn't go through but I realized that the money has been charged on my credit card:

I've also been trying to contact via email the people from Nbc India but they never replied.

This is very disappointing because I've bought books on Nbc India several times and I've always been super-satisfied by their service.

On the other hand, this time they apparently had a big problem with their website and I'm so disappointed that nobody tried to fix the issue I've been having.

Hopefully someone from the company will read this message and help me out in getting back my money or get my book.
