Poor Service

I bought card X550 from kolhapur (Dolphin Engineering) owner Sarjerao Patil. But ever since i installed it problem is that at startup message is fireTING NOW"d "X550 Card #1 is not initilised" and it hangs. Now one and half month past no one is providing me proper service. i contacted thousand times to company support as they told i changed many motherboards and send the card back to kolhapur two times but nothing worked. everybody is saying that we are not dealer. "VERY POOR SERVICE"
