Not mentioning phone rate

NDTV runs a television programme where a woman crystal gazer tells fortune when you phone her. But nowhere in the programme it is mentioned that what is the rate of such phone call per minute or per second. I phoned them without being aware of high-rate of such calls, and when they asked me to hold the line for a longer time, I suddenly cut the line and saw on my mobile that a very high-rated phone call amount has been deducted from my account. So, NDTV or that programme should declare such phone call rate on their screen while this programme is telecasted on NDTV channel.
