Not deducting PF

Sir, We are working as duty doctors in a 170 bedded tertiary care hospital since last more than 15 yrs., but our empolyee Dr. N.K.Gupta is not giving us any facility of PF or ESI . on asking for the same he threatens us to leave the job immidiately... We are in a hot soup ht neither we can leave the job nor we are getting any benefit of the schemes extended by the Govt of India. Please help.
