Family Pension

It is to inform you that our Pensioner Late Shri Tukaram Gawali of NEERI had expired on 03.06.2010. His family pension has not yet been started, his Account No.30293403160 with Shankar Galli, Kandiwali (W)(8232) Branch. His widow Smt Chatura Tukaram Gawali is not getting proper response from the bank. The Bank employee Ms Mayuri is not guiding them properly. Once officially I had visited ur CBD Belapur Office their we have found that the proper paper work has not done by the respective branch. Shri. Patil had instructed over phone to Ms Mayuri to forward the papers immediately. Still her pension has not started. It is requested that a serious action may be taken for the lapse in the paper work for 6 months. Smt Gawali is a poor lady & facing lot of money problem. An early action will be highly appreciated.
