Delivery of Cheque Book without Acknowledgement - NeoTex Spinning

Respected Sir,

We, NeoTex Spinning Pvt. Ltd., holding a current account No. 018905009191 with your esteem bank. I have due respect for your management but unfortunately your bank’s services are not satisfying us.

Delivery of the Cheque book was not done properly at our place. Neither any acknowledgement nor receipt was taken by the delivering person. There were chances of the cheque book to be stolen and and occurrence of fraud which are now-a-days very common. This is not expected from your bank. Kindly look into the matter and see that no such incident occurs in future otherwise we will be compelled to close our current account.
