Net banking Transaction rights
Unable enjoy transaction rights

Dear Sir,

I am a retired staff maintaining accounts with our HSR layout branch Bangalore. Few days back i've requested the branch to enable net banking transaction rights. The branch did 2-3 efforts to provide Txn rights. So far i didn't get the access. On login I'm getting the message to contact the branch for Txn rights. Please look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
