Non delievery of FDR and interest warrants

Submitted FDRs forms alongwith cheque No. 095551 of Punjab National Bank, Rajguru nagar, Ludhiana through their managers to issue M/S Bajaj Capital branch office Ludhiana on 11th february. Cheque passed on13 in favour of the company M/S Network 18 media and investments Ltd, uptil now neither I received the interest warrants as well as the FDR. Further, talked on the phone with FDr deptt.at Delhi and at Noida promised to deliever within one week but now ten days have been passed no response from their side.
