False Commitment

Hi,

Around a year back in Jan or Feb Person from Networthdirect “Deepak Singh” call me to open Trading a/c with Networthdirect. After getting information I called him at my home to open a trading a/c.

While opening a account he explain me about the features of and schemes in which he told me about a particular scheme where in I have to deposit Rs. 20000/- for 6 months and after 6 months I will get Rs. 20000 refund and by doing this I will be liable for less brokerage.

I opened a Trading and Demat account with Networhtdirect by paying him Rs. 20000 as deposit and account opening fees.

My account was handled by Mr. Vishal Sampat and everything was fine but after a year when I asked Mr. Chetan (Mr. Vishal left the company after him chetan is looking at my account) that what happened to my Rs. 20000/- deposit that time he told me that Rs. 4000/ was used as brokerage and balance amount is been lapsed.

I got shocked by hearing this and though like been cheated but Chetan told me to contact Mr. Vijay Chowdhary to resolve the problem. I immediately did contact to Mr. Vijay and told him the scenario, also I told him that please convert my account to normal brokerage scheme and refund my deposit amount. He assure me that he will talk to chetan and will try to resolve the issue.

After a month follow-up Vijay said, I have to send a mail to Mr. Chetan for this, so I send a mail (attached herewith). But then also Chetan said that your account is been converted to normal but the scheme will remain same and is been extended by 6 months more and you have to cover up the brokerage in this period.

So after this whole episode I am writing mail to you to resolve my problem and refund my deposit.
