I was hospitalized during 24/09 to29/09 at Bhagat Nursing home Borivali [West], Mumbai - 400091and I had submitted my claim for the same to New India Assurance Co. Ltd, Borivali [West] office on 27/10 along with all necessary supporting duly stamped and signed by hospital authority.

I was very shocked and surprised when I received one part payment cheque bearing ch. No.339522 dtd. 29.01.2010 on Axis Bank Ltd., Amounting to Rs.22134=00 from M/s. Medi Assist India TPA Pvt. Ltd., on 01.02.2010 which took almost 100 days.

It may please be noted that my first claim was amounting to Rs.32633.69 dtd. 20.10.2009 and supplementary claim was amounting to Rs.4522.84 dtd. 23.11.2009. The sort fall amounts to Rs. 15022=53

I am not getting any feed back from M/s. New India Assurance Co. Ltd
