Non Receipt of InsurancePolicy

I renewed my Maruti Insurance Ploicy on 09/01 but the policy niether downloded or nor receipot in my mail box. I got cofirmation for receipt of my payment for renewal premium and despite the assurance that I will receive my policy within 24 hour in my mail box the same has been received so far. So I request you to please look in top the matter. Details of my earlier policy is as under.
