Claim of insurance

I have a case of bike theft from my house in 2008.all the due formalities were completed in time.every time i went there they demand me various types of documents.now they are saying that the data has not been migrated from their database.they are ignoring every time, i ask them about the claim... tiil this date they did not intimated about it... even i talked to the "divisional officer", he also gave the same excuse and ignored me..
