Mistake in Printing of Vehicle Name and Model Numbe

Dear Sir,

My Complaint is regarding the printing mistake of Vehicle registration number and model name on Insurance consumer copy. I insurared my vehicle registration number HR06E-4351 and model is Bajaj KB-45 Champion on 9th Aug. But on the consumer copy agents printed HR06-4351 and model is Bajaj Boxer on the same time i have told the agents regarding that mistake he said come after 2 days after that i have already visit the company office 5 times and every time they revert come after 2 hours or the person not in office today who has to resolve that mistake. Now pls help me to resolve that problem.
