Unkown loan appear in the CIBIL

In my CIBIL details loan appear for Rs. 135010, Current balance Rs. 141040 and OVERDUE Rs. 1256/-. The loan which is appear in the CIBIL Statement has not been taken by me.

I had applied for housing loan. Because of this, the loan has not been sanctioned. PLEASE CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING DETAILS

1. Loan taken from and details of outstanding

2. Overdue details
