NON RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND WARRANT

Dear Sir,

I received a dividend warrant of Rs. 235 against NHPC of 428 shares (Vide folio No. 20617949, warrant No.236432, Issued from Indusind Bank, Dr. Gopal Das, Bhawan, 28 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 1100001) dated 01.10.2010. But unfortunately I received after a gaps of 3 month which was valid only 3 month, so that I could not encash my divided amount.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and send a fresh cheque of Rs. 235.
