Claim for the broken house hold furniture

I have shifted my house hold goods from Gurgaon to Bangalore in the month of may through ACME packers and movers. They were told me it takes only 7 days and collected sum of Rs.3000 towards insurance claim but not given the insurance papers. They have provided the slip saying that ACME packers and movers are responsible for breakages.

I received the delievery after 20 days instead of 7 days and they were handled very badly. 25% of the items were broken. I have called and emailed them for claim but no body is picking up the call.
