Subject: Stock Price Manipulation

Respected Sir

I just wanted to inform you about the suspicious movement of this stock price. It is seen that the script is in a freefall for the last few months. I received an SMS about 2-3 months back that the price of this stock will go from Rs. 5 to 14 in about a month. I am not the only one but many others like me received the same message. I invested and made a profit too. But I have been following this scrip since then and find a great amount of manipulation is going on with the stock. The promoters own about 75-76% stake. For the last few days Nimbus Investments (which going by the name I feel is a promoter of the Co.) is constantly selling its stake. Thus the price is coming down rapidly. Its for sure that there is great indications of foul play going on, if you follow the bulk trade for the last 2-3 months. A few inevestment companies like Chinar etc. have been the only major players determining the price movements. For people like these small investors like us bear the brunt. I know I should have been much careful before investing but the amount of cheating going on with this stock is unbeleivable.

I am aware of the CAVEAT EMPTOR norms but still what is going on is unethical. I just needed a verification that whatever is happening is legal or not. Hope you look into the matter asap. Looking forward for your cooperation.
