Payment through Credit Card

I was proceeding from Bangalore to Chennai by car on 27-2-11. I wanted petrol for my car through your branded Indian OIl Citibank Credit Card. Before filling petrol in my car for swiping my card with Citibank terminal with whom you have arrangement, I gave my card but the petrol pump swiped my card on HDFC Bank EDC machine thus I will be charged extra for purchasing fuel from your IOC petrol pump for no fault of mine. The Petrol pump is in Hoskote Taluk at S. No. 116/1 Yalachahalli. The cash bill No. is 13667 dated 27-2-11 for Rs. 649.80. Can you help me to avoid extra charges for not swiping my card in Citibank EDC machine.
