Amount debited

Dear sir

i am having account in axis bank and from my account no.910010040492190 the amount of Rs.932.91 & Rs.96.09 has been debited as Consolidated Charges for A/c & Service Tax @10.30% on Charge respectively in this month.

sir i don't understand why these amount has debited as already the charges where taken by bank in last month.

please do needful.
