Illegal use of electricity

Dear sir,

i would like to inform you that in okhla new delhi there is a illegal use of electricity in the house of mr. mushabbir hassan r/o thokar no. 4 abul fazal enclave jamia nagar new delhi . he runs a lodge in which 16 rooms are there and all the renter used HEATER for cooking, and lots of consumption of electricity by an illegal resource, landlord does not live there he lives at gali no. 6 abul fazal enclave . mr, kamil qureshi is the caretaker of that building who lives at ground floor. sir please stop this nonsense and save electricity, you are requested to check that buildings load as well as consumption and all the renters are illegal because they dont have any identification in jamia nagar police station . so please check it as soon as possible.
