No bank is responsing

Dear Sir / Madam.

I have been trying for the personal loan for 40 days and no bank is responsing after reciving the papers atleast they should tell me that the bank has rejected the application, i am in a very critical situatiation that i need to take my wife for a medical treatment and the doctor has fixed the date, the bank who has taken the docments HDB, HDFC, Fultronand AXIS

i don't know what to do/

Please somebody help me
