Non receipt of PLI Policy since 1992

I am 738168-R Sgt Ajay Kulkarni Serving in INDIAN AIR FORCE, Sir I had taken P.L.I. policy In the year 1992 when I was doing traing at 405 AIR FORCE STATION BELGAUM, KARNATKA . My first posting was at Air force station New Delhi (from 1992 to 1996). Till date I have not received my PLI policy papers nor any correspondece regarding my P.L.I Policy. Monthly deduction of RS 67=00 per month is being debited from my salary which is shown in pay slip for the P.L.I Policy. My Policy is going to be matured next year. Therefore it is requested to forward the policy papers and all the correspondence on my new address.
