NOT GETTING SALARY

I have submit one complain against ADFC PVT LTD which is BPO company of HDFC BANK LTD abt not getting salary..My employee id was ADFC39404

I would like to inform you more details abt it... My pending SL was there, also have pending PL of 7 days.and i worked with that organisation for 1year and 2 months.while i have concern with ADFC PVT LTD. they told me that PL and SL cant be en cashed..this is a general rules of each and every company that if employee is going to leave that job then PL is to be en cashed and company has to that amt as a full and final settlement, but ADFC PVT LTD said me it is not going to be en cashed...
