NOT RECEIVING INCETIVE FRM 2 MONTHS, AND NOT GEETING TRANSFER IN ANOTHER DEPT

I am working in hdfc's collection dept. under the payroll of adfc, in this dept, we tellecallers (jr.collection officer) get incetive against our targets, but i can't receive incetive for the month sep.2010 & oct. my mentor told me that it was received by me in nov.2010's salary but it was not received on that month, than she told us that it was credited in dec.2010's salary, but not yet i get this incetive,

Can you pls.inquire about that when i get my incetive???

I have another complaint against the company is that company is not giving me a transfer in another dept., i am working in collection dept. but collection's whole work was moving in hdb financial service, so they transfer the other callers from surat, vadodara and ahmedabad in other dept's, but not me. the hdfc bank's wholesale banking dept.have enough vacancy for adfc staff, but the head told that collection staff is not useful for us, where that same surat's caller is transferred on wholesale banking dept., so my question is that if in surat collection dept.'s employee is useful in wbo, and in rajkot it is not useful.

The some complaint about hdfc staff also, they just behave like all adfc staff is are the servent's, so in case of my transfer, my mentor and his head is taking my resignation, in stead of giving me transfer or 1 month notice period, they forcefully taking my resignation and told me that don't come bank tomorrow. how urgently i find new job?
