Delay in money Return

I have a policy named Met Life Advantage Plus. Last week at 22.06.2012 I had been received a call from the company that they had release a cheque of Rs. 8000.00 (approx) against the policy (Advantage plus) on 15.05.2012 due to close this policy and they had return my part of investment, but till date I have not received any cheque from this company.
Kindly do the needful and help me to recover my money from the company.
