Non-acceptance of reedemable cheques by bank

Scheme : ‘C’ & ‘D’.

This has reference to the above mentioned schemes of which myself & my wife are owners and hold certificates. The details are as follows :

As per the agreement, they had issued us post dated cheques (return of unit value) which the bank has returned indicating that the account is now closed.

Moreover, the returns for the 6th, 9th, 12th & 15th year as well as the handsome bonuses have never been advised or the amount remitted to us till date.

May I request you to kindly take note of the above and action immediately by taking to task this company & remitting the agreed amounts along with the bonuses to any of our below said accounts :
