Non drawl of amount from atm but deducted in sb a/c of Sbm (Main), Bellary
ATM complaint about non withdrawl of amount but deducted from a/c (sb)

On 15/09by 10.55 am I M.KHAJAVALI drawn Rs.20000 from SBI (main), Bellary atm after the time is out i have not received the amount & also no slip then I cancelled the process and by the side from another machine I With draw the same amount the amount was received but in slip 20000 is deducted twice from my sb a/c of NO.64010234827 A/C of Statebank of mysore (main), Bellary immediately I went to my acount holding bank and I consulted with the manager and he asked me to give a written complaint and the official said ur amount may be credited after 12 days I phoned to the help line also but weak response was given and said that the amount may be credited within 24 hours. But till today the amount is not credited to my a/c even after 20 days also no message has sent to me that my complaint was lodged or not. Till now no information is there to me. Please help me in this regard so that my amount is credited to my a/c soon, so that i may pay my sons engg fees. No response from my bank..
