Due Date changes Every Month

Respected Sir / Madam,

i am a customer of Citibank and took a loan from them. my EMI comes every month.my complaint is regarding the due date which appears on bank statement.i have made few calls to customer care dept. to complaint on above issue but unable to solve my complaint.as per caption subject my due date was 5th of every month which they have made it to 1st of previous month and now my due date is 29th of this month. as i salaried person it is not possible to arrange the funds in advance every time.and it's a not question of salaried or self employed but the due date should remain fixed.

Twice i have been suffered and paid late payment fees because of CITIBANK'S irregularity.

kindly advice on this and help me out
