SAHARA MULTI PLUS
Non Receipt of TDS Certificate

I had deposited ₹10000/- in "Sahara multi plus scheme", A/C NO.15832301694, Receipt no.-10434246753 dated 05/01 at Bhawanipur sector (1583), kolkata-700025 which was matured on 10th Jan. The amount with interest ₹14910, was paid by cheque (Vch no.-670188311484) and ₹546 has been deducted as TDS.The TDS Certificate has not been so far delivered to me, which is required for filing the Income Tax return by 31.07.2009.My PAN is "AOXPS2172L"

Inspite of repeated request by me with the branch manager, the TDS Certificate is still awaited. Even Lucknow Office was requested by me who informed to send the same on priority. Sh Dinesh Singh from accounts office, lucknow was contacted on phone, who assured for the needful on top priority but nothing heard so far.

Dont you think it is sole responsibilty of the organisation for timely sending TDS Certificate?

May I request for the appropriate action regarding this issue.
