Non received of ppo by sbi naval base

Sir, I have retired from naval service on 31 may. My PPO Number 09/97/B/S/000178 dated 13 March. I am holding pension account with SBI Navel Base Visakhapatnam and Account Number is 10709052393. It is seen from the bank that my PPO has not been received till date hence my pension and terminal benefits held up. My children are perusing higher studies so i need of money urgently. Kindly look into the matter and my terminal benefit. (commutation and gratuity amount) be credited to my pension account. Also necessary action be taken to commence my pension immediately under intimation to me. It may be noted that personal holding pension account with State Bank of India in other State and retired by 30 June have already received their terminal benefits.
