Not activate my online banking service in "state bank of india" rangapara branch
No activation of service

I have SBI account i am request to my branch to activate net banking on my account, I also have my id and password and my net banking faicility also activated, but i have trouble any transaction due to i do not have transaction rights. i am also got a complaint this problem in my branch many time but not rectify my complaint. please solve this problem and give my my transaction rights
