Received a bounced cheque and the employeer has not paid 3 month's salary

I was working in a software developer company and the owner has not paid me and some of our team member 3 months salary. They kept on waiting for salary by saying that they are currently in problem & will surely pay us. But they have not paid. Now they have closed there office. 6 days before when i was in the company they deposited a cheque in my account of 10, 000. but it bounced. I have that cheque.

So what i can do to get money from him. and what other employee can do to get there salary.

Please suggest me some easy and cheap way so that we all can have justice.

I consulted a lawyer he said he will charge 5000 rupees. but i think this is too much. Please help me.
