Non-transfer of S/B account from I P Estate SBI branch to SBI Vasundhara Ghaziabad branch

Applied for transfer of jt. S/B account-10310612496-from SBI, I P Estate branch, new delhi-110002 to SBI, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad branch (code-04326) on 25th. Feb..After about 5-6 days enquired at Vasundhara branch but to no avail. Again visited I P Estate SBI branch, New Delhi the next day, was assured by the dealing hand that next day it will be transferred as there is some change in the status of our A/C No.& it has to be sorted out before transfer.

i am yet to hear about the transfer. No response from telephone Nos.011-23370368 &011-23370371. i fail to understand the reasons for such an inordinate delay.i do not want to jump to the conclusion or curse

SBI for unprofessional attitude as the facts speak for itself.

Pl. transfer the A/C and oblige.i am on wrong side of 60 years of age and my mobility is restricted.i can not run to Delhi at will for the work.
